One of my favorite quotes that SBI has introduced me to is:

Behold the Turtle. He makes progress only when he sticks his neck out. James B Conant

That is true for so many applications. But with the conference in Cincinnati, our first one, I began to live this quote.

My husband and I are shy (actually we're Introverts) by nature, so being in a room full of new people - even SBI-ers - can be intimidating. But every time we spoke up or shared something of value, we were supported, listened to, and thanked! :)

The SBI community in general is completely different from any other business situation or group I've been associated with. We all want to help, support, learn and grow together.

If fear is holding you back from attending an SBI conference, please, stick your neck out and see that while you are around SBI-ers, you will be supported and helped to grow your online business, and you may actually grow as a person, too. :)
